The third configuration — which we call "2 and a half rooms" — includes an additional space integrated into the apartment, without a separate entrance, which can be set up as an office, playroom, dressing room or extended storage space. The useful areas of the 2-room apartments in Brașov we offer start from 55.6 sqm and go up to 84.8 sqm. Balconies are not included in the useful area — they come as additional space on top of what you buy, not instead of something.
