Cartier Transilvania is located in the Noua area of Brașov, at Str. Nucului nr. 48 — a 5–10 minute walk from Lake Noua, the Zoo, the Adventure Park, Jumbo, Carrefour and Selgros. Noua is one of the most sought-after residential areas in Brașov right now, thanks to its direct access to green spaces and the complete commercial infrastructure nearby. OVERVIEW OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The development consists of 6 buildings (ground floor + 8 floors) with basement and underground parking. The first three blocks — T1, T2 and T3 — are completed and occupied. T4, T5 and T6, with 208 new apartments, are scheduled for handover in September 2027.

The building structure uses Porotherm masonry: 30 cm for exterior walls and walls between apartments, 11.5 cm for interior walls.
