Our 3-room apartments in Cartier Transilvania are designed primarily for families — and that shows in every detail of the floor plan. The bedrooms are spacious and acoustically insulated through a soundproofing layer under the screed and Porotherm masonry of 30 cm between apartments — a technical specification we explicitly mention, because noise from neighbors is one of the most frequent complaints in new buildings.
A distinctive feature compared to 2-room apartments is the joinery: 3-room apartments in Cartier Transilvania are fitted with large TRIPAN HP10/HP90 windows, from floor to ceiling, which maximize natural light and reduce heat loss.
